piles

Do you see that little over in the corner at the back of the sewing desk? Oh my. This photo was taken over a week ago; the pile has grown and spread since. A LOT. I've got mending and repurposing and scratch projects all mixed up together in what has become a deep, dark teetering abyss. But I've been inspired by Lynne's art room rebirth -- this corner is going to morph into something sleek and accessible this week. And the pile upon it, I am quite sure, is going to miraculously shrink to manageable.

In the meantime, at least one person is still able to work her way through a project on the sewing machine which, as of tonight, is only partially visible. Ahhh, for the unfazed creativity of a ten year-old.
